She is so cute Antmee! I'm just learning how to crochet stuffed animals--I have five grandchildren now and I'm only 46! Got to get busy! Cute idea and thanks for visiting!

I came to say thanks for visiting and stayed to read about your precious son, and am now in tears. You are so strong and I pray that I never have to be that strong myself.
I just adore your little sock doll and would love to know how to make one like that, if you know of a tutorial on the internet I'd be so grateful for a point in the right direction :o)
Will pop back to visit again.

Thanks for your kind words.

I am not sure where I found instructions for my sock doll or even if I just saw a picture and made my own my way. I googled sock dolls and found this tutorial.

Link was from this good sock doll blog.

Hope this helps
