Sounds good doesn't it. We already negotiate computer time with our 6 year old son. Mostly he wants it just when you are doing your stuff. We only have 1 computer. I would really like to get a tablet so I can keep up with my blogs. Good luck trying to find some balance.
I just love your mat. And so easy to throw in the wash. Do you have a replacement one for when the other one is dirty. You could evendo a seasonal theme with them. And a Christmas one! take care.Karenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04299378413584319405noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2782329412797767379.post-17863509446205520742012-02-22T00:22:52.873+10:302012-02-22T00:22:52.873+10:30W we have 2 computers plus 1 netbook so we don'...W we have 2 computers plus 1 netbook so we don't have any issues. For me it's about the noise. My home is pretty small and it's never quiet enough. Right now hubs is singing and strumming on his guitar. My girl is learning to play the guitar too. I just want to scream Quiet. I would love to be alone once in a while.jane phttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17982232223532908863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2782329412797767379.post-24821040456311751732012-02-21T15:56:46.283+10:302012-02-21T15:56:46.283+10:30Kylie...i love the mat that you have made it looks...Kylie...i love the mat that you have made it looks so comfy. I am due to make some more for around the house so will have to keep this in mind. I hope things improve with the time you have on your computer. Maybe you just have to let your son know that you need the computer at a certain time on certain days. Being male he may not even notice that you need the computer. Our son is at home now since finishing school and now looking for work. Luckily we manage the computer time fine. It's just the whole house I would like to myself for at least half a day maybe. I just miss my time. Good luck.Merryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11955986321787501169noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2782329412797767379.post-50261149498757565022012-02-21T15:14:44.555+10:302012-02-21T15:14:44.555+10:30Hey Kylie! I wish I could offer you some sage advice about how to handle the kiddos, but since I don't have any myself, I am afraid that I wouldn't be much help! But I can tell you that you aren't alone in feeling the way you do. My nephew is in college now and lives in the dorm; however, he comes home frequently and stays the weekend at home. My SIL said that when he's away at school he acts like a 20-year old should, but once he's home, he reverts back to acting like he's 12. Go figure!!

I like the mat you made...looks really soft and good for your daughter to stand on while she does the dishes! :o)

Hope you have a great week, my friend.

XOXO,

CyndiCyndihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06390176368906851223noreply@blogger.com
